If you wish to return a product you must notify us within 5 day of receiving it! All Returns must have a Return Authorization . To obtain a Return Authorization information email us at crandt@csrlink.net. Authorizations will only be given for returnable items and when accompanied with specific reasons and credible information.

Any packages returned as "Undeliverable" or marked "Return to Sender", customer will be charged "All Shipping Expenses"! Shipping Expenses will Include shipping charges for shipment to customer, return shipping charges, and any extra charges incurred for special order items, expedited shipments, etc. (For Credit Card charges their will be a 20.00 fee for returns.
